Find your bottleneck.

Fifteen minutes, seven questions. You'll leave with one problem, one measure, and the smallest next step — the same page we'd build with you in a session.

Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere. Print or copy your plan at the end; if you close the tab, it's gone. (The optional reminder at the end sends your email address and a date — never your answers.)

Step 1 — Find it

1Your week

List the three things that ate your time last week that had nothing to do with serving a customer. Be specific: "re-typing orders into the invoicing program," not "admin."

2Pick one

Which one, if it disappeared, would change your week the most?

3Where does it live?

Check everything that's true.

4What have you already tried?

One line. "Bought something" counts.

Fill in at least one thing and pick it.

Step 2 — Measure it, then fix it

5What would better look like?

One sentence with a number in it. Hours back, days faster, mistakes avoided, dollars. Example: "Quotes go out the same day instead of three days later."

6Walk it down the ladder

Answer in order. The first "yes" is your rung — and your fix. Most problems stop well before the bottom.

7The smallest next step

Something you can finish in two weeks. Not a project — a step. If your rung is 4, 5, or 6, the step is usually "find out what it would take," not "build it."

Answer the ladder until you hit a "yes."
